…and now for the small print!

When completing and submitting the Booking Form you are agreeing to our following Terms and Conditions. 

Booking Fee

  1. Upon a review of the event particulars, the booking fee quoted will include travel, and if applicable accommodation and other expenses as agreed at the time of booking
  2. Unless otherwise agreed prices quoted are for either a 40 minute Any additional time agreed will be charged on a pro-rata basis
  3. The agreed deposit will be payable via bank transfer upon confirmation of the booking and within 48 hours or the booking date will be released
  4. The balance of the booking fee must be paid up to 7 days before the event to avoid cancellation of the booking
  5. Deposits will be returned where a cancellation is made no later than 31 days prior to the event. A refund of the deposit cannot be made where cancellations are made from 30 days prior to the event

Venue Terms

  1. The Booker confirms there will either be onsite or no restriction street parking within a few minutes’ walk of the venue. This is due to the equipment which needs to be taken to the venue. Any delays in setting up the show and starting due to venue access problems will not be the responsibility of the Performer.
  2. It is the Booker’s responsibility to ensure the correct licenses, permissions and insurances for the event and venue, including (but not limited to) PRS, PPL Licenses, Equipment and Public Liability Insurance, are in place

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. In the event of the Performer not being available for any reason, we will endeavour to find a suitable If a suitable replacement cannot be found or agreed upon then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund any deposit paid.
  2. In all events we reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time and return any deposit paid without recourse
  3. We reserve the right to refuse any booking
